Incentify Report Updates

We are happy to announce the latest product improvements to Incentify: Project Reporting and Report Queueing. These new features greatly improve our reporting functionality.

Below is a brief description of the product updates and where they can be located. See the tutorial video for additional details.

Project Reporting

The purpose of this feature is to provide users the ability to run a report that includes project default and custom data points. Projects will be included in the report based on the user's access policy and projects are included in the report regardless of them having a credit loaded or not. This will allow a user to run a project report on projects with no credits, which is important in the planning stage of the C&I lifecycle.

The Project Report can be found by accessing Reports > New Report and Project Report is the first option.

Report Queueing

The purpose of this functionality is to allow reports to process while the user navigates away from the browser to work on other areas of the Incentify platform. This functionality is very beneficial when a user is waiting for a large report to process, where previously the user could not navigate away from the browser. All reports that have been generated by a user will appear in the new section entitled "My Recent Reports". This section is unique to each user.

Report Queueing automatically runs each and every time a user generates a report.
