Hi everybody - Incentify CTO, Nick Namikas, here. We’d like to share an exciting update about this September’s product release, which includes features that are quite profound and reflect enormous leaps forward in our capacity to serve not only the C&I portfolios of our clients, but the projects and larger expenditures to which those portfolios contribute. Project Management
This is likely the most far reaching upgrade as it layers on top of Incentify’s existing incentive repository capabilities a project-oriented collaborative system. Through Projects, users are able to group C&I, and the team members responsible for them, into various projects in order to better manage incentives that require active collaboration and to better perform research and site selection on incentives under consideration. This is a critical upgrade for all clients who stack multiple C&I in support of large projects or initiatives.
User Permissions
User Permissions are now fully customizable at virtually any level - delivering the configurability the enterprise demands. This allows account admins to configure a specific user’s visibility/editor rights down to specific field level data. This is a critical upgrade for all clients with multiple users, especially cross-departmental users in different legal entities.
Incentive Discovery
Another substantial upgrade, this month sees a complete overhaul of the discovery module. This upgrades our discovery solution from an incentive database to a robust incentive research platform, which enables users to incorporate a much greater depth of business insight into their C&I discovery process as well as search along new filtered criteria.
Help Center
We are also pleased to announce that our Help Center is now live! You’ll notice a new pop up icon visible to you during an Incentify session. If you have any questions about using a particular functionality or the Incentify platform as a whole, simply click on the icon and you’ll immediately have access to our full knowledge base.
