Sales Development Rep

As an Incentify Sales Development Representative, your main responsibility will be to support our Sales and Marketing team by prospecting and proactively reaching out to new customers. We’re looking for a highly motivated individual who can maintain a high level of outbound activity and enthusiasm. You will have all of the latest and greatest tools at your disposal including Zoom Info for contact information, Connect and Sell to assist in dialing, and Hubspot to track and report on your performance.

Incentify’s Sales Development Representatives are high energy professionals that drive the demand, awareness, and interest for our powerful C&I management platform. You will partner and collaborate closely with members of our Account Executive and Marketing teams to generate qualified sales leads, set meetings, and yield new deal opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, & social prospecting

  • Support assigned Sales Executives by setting high quality meetings with top targeted executive

  • Research, identify, and generate new opportunities on a weekly basis via the phone and web

  • Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel and pipeline

  • Understand and uncover customer needs and effectively communicate how Incentify can solve them

  • Work closely with the Marketing team to drive continuous improvement in lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline generation

  • Pro-actively generate “sales-ready” meetings and opportunities for Enterprise Account Executives by positioning the value of Incentify

  • Build team brand and personal brand by achieving top internal and external customer service

  • Adhere to and enforce lead/opportunity distribution processes, policies and procedures.

  • Use and maintain HubSpot according to Incentify’s standards; provide metrics on leads


Experience

  • 2+ years of sales development experience in software solutions (preferably SaaS solutions) or an uncanny (and willing to prove it) ability to talk to strangers

  • Great on the phone and in cold calls

  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to develop and maintain relationships

  • Highly motivated professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable talking with prospects and internal/external customers and building relationships, and monetizing them

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment while still providing quality opportunities and driving revenue

  • Strong entrepreneurial personality, self motivated and self managing

  • Strong capacity to develop relationships quickly over the phone with customers and technical audience

  • Strong team orientation and ability to build cross-functional relationships
