Enterprise Account Executive

Full Time, Remote, Hybrid, Los Angeles, CA (El Segundo)

As a Sales Executive at Incentify, you will focus on selling our Discover product across franchisors of multiple sizes and various industries. Our Discover product enables our franchisor clients to realize hundreds of thousands of dollars per year in C&I at no upfront cost. We've seen quick and enthusiastic adoption in the market and significant return to our business. We are now ready to capitalize on this rocket success by embracing a wider market, and we have a proven sales cycle with impactful resources for you to adopt. In parallel to working on these quick wins, you will also nurture relationships over the long-term to land multi-year deals with our Enterprise product suite (SaaS). 

We're seeking a nimble self-starter who has a track record of success leading deals from discovery to contract close. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, an entrepreneurial spirit, and an enthusiasm for impacting the success of an early-stage startup. Experience in the C&I industry and/or selling to franchisors is a huge plus and will increase the opportunity to make an immediate impact. Must have experience selling into C-Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and generate new opportunities on a weekly basis via phone and web, with support from our SDR and marketing team 

  • Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate and consistent sales funnel and pipeline 

  • Strategically build and navigate your book to close new business and grow existing accounts

  • Maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, & social selling


Experience

  • 5+ years of full-cycle consultative sales experience, preferably in the C&I space 

  • Proven track record of successfully closing outbound deals and exceeding quota 

  • Experience selling to a high-level corporate audience 

  • Experience developing new business and managing longer, complex sales cycles (pertains to our Enterprise product) 

  • Client-focused; ability to develop and maintain relationships 

  • Highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Process-oriented and organized with a passion for clean data; experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
